  • How can I best use the Waver?

Plug the wave iron into the power supply. Press the power button in the middle of the control module for 2-3 seconds. Then the temperature is displayed and the device starts to warm up. With the up and down arrow keys you can select a temperature between 60 ° and 220 ° yourself. We recommend between 180° and 220°, the higher the temperature, the stronger the waves will be and the longer they will last!

Make sure your hair is completely dry. Then you take a strand of your hair and clamp it in the wave iron for 3-5 seconds. Also wear the black glove so you don't burn your fingers. And so you work your way from top to bottom.

When you're done, turn off the device by pressing the power button again. Wait until it has completely cooled down and then you can simply put it away again.

Danger:

Do not use the device if the cable is damaged.

Do not use the device near water.

Do not use the device near flammable surfaces or near fire.

Do not put away the device while it is still switched on or hot.

Do not use the device near children.

Be careful not to touch your skin with the device as you may burn yourself.

Do not use the device with wet hair or wet hands.

To clean the wave iron, wipe it with a damp cloth when it has cooled down. Before using it again, you have to wait until the device is completely dry again.


  • How long will the waves last in my hair?

We've heard the waves can even last for days!

  • Does this work with all hair types?

The WonderWaves are suitable for all hair types! Whether you have long or short, thick or thin, straight or curly hair. For thicker hair, use a higher temperature. You can set the right temperature for your hair type yourself on the WonderWaves wave iron.

  • What payment methods are there?

We accept credit card, PayPal and Klarna payments.

Shipping and Returns

  • How do I return something?

You have the right to return the goods within fourteen days without giving a reason. If you're not happy, neither are we! The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the goods were delivered to you. In the case of a defective product, we will refund the purchase price and assume the return costs, in all other cases the customer has to bear the return costs.   • Do I get my money back after a return?

Yes. After we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the item price and the original shipping cost. Unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of return shipping. We can only process the refund using the same payment method used to make the original purchase.
  • What happens if a return is lost or damaged in transit?

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the money that the returned item is damaged or lost in transit. We therefore recommend insured shipping.
  • How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping is free for orders over €60.
